Refund Policy

APWG event registration refund policy

This policy applies to all events unless explicitly stated on an events web page.

All Refunds are subject to a $50.00 USD processing fee. If canceled within four weeks of the event a 100% refund (less process fee) will be issued. Between four weeks and the beginning of the event a 75% refund (less processing fee) will be issued. After the beginning of an event no refunds are available.

All registrations can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to admin@apwg.org by the original registrant at least one weeks before the event. No substitution is allowed within the last week before the event.

NOTE: No refunds are available for Members Fees unless explicitly stated elsewhere in a legal agreement between APWG and the member organization.
